If you are a cigarette smoker, you are not going to get any benefits from it. So you ask, how can you get benefits? When will they arrive or can you go pick them up? You should be able to get the attention of anyone, even a smoker, when they hear the word benefit. Being hit with so many new taxes and increases on cigarettes, the word benefit should make them curious. All smokers are extremely frustrated with the extra money they spend each week because of their habit. Now it is time to seriously consider the real benefits you could receive by not smoking today.
Most smokers who have been lighting up for a period of ten or more years, know what it is like to try and run down to the mail box or run into the house to get out of the rain. It is hard to run anywhere. Even walking any far distance can be a problem. Any smoker can tell you that it running is very hard to do without gasping for air and getting a tightness in their chest almost immediately. Well if you quit smoking, it could be possible for you to be able to run again without collapsing. You can benefit.
Smokers will also agree that their level of endurance is not even half of what it used to be. Most all of them will say that their energy level is very poor and wish their had more strength to be out going. Even the simple chores around the home can be very daunting tasks to perform. But once again, if you stop smoking cigarettes you might be able to enjoy simple physical activities again, even having sex, instead of putting it off because you are just too tired and run down. Better sex has to be a benefit.
One thing that smokers agree on is that they spend far too much money buying cigarettes every month. Because the average smoker is spending about two hundred dollars to support their habit and this adds up to big bucks for the year. The sooner you quit smoking cigarettes, the sooner you will start having money to spend on other things that are far more beneficial and enjoyable. Another benefit.
The best reason to quit smoking, is of course, your health. It is definitely a benefit when you can live longer. There are aids, programs, and places you can get help to quit smoking, but it is ultimately up to a smoker their self to seek help. If you are a smoker that is tired of not receiving any benefits from cigarette smoking, try quitting and the benefits will start coming your way immediately!
